Our charcuterie is handmade in Topsham and we use locally sourced meats such as Devon Ruby Beef, Devon Wagyu Beef, Wild Shot Venison & other Game and locally farmed pork. We are true artisans and make delicious Salamis, chorizos, coppa, bresaolas, bacon, pancetta, sausages and more!
